To ensure every guest enjoys their scheduled rental, all boats and personal watercraft must be returned on time.
Up to 15 minutes late: No charge (grace period).
16–30 minutes late: $100 late return fee.
31–60 minutes late: $200 late return fee.
More than 60 minutes late: Charged at the applicable hourly rental rate (or portion thereof), plus any additional costs resulting from delays to other customers.
If a late return causes another customer's rental to be delayed, shortened, or cancelled, Liquid Ride reserves the right to recover reasonable losses resulting from the delay, where permitted by law.
