At Liquid Ride Boat Rentals, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our business, as each watercraft is reserved exclusively for your booking.
Guest Cancellations
- More than 24 hours before your scheduled rental
- Receive a full refund to your original method of payment, or
- Reschedule your booking at no additional charge (subject to availability).
- Within 24 hours of your scheduled rental
- Cancellations are 100% non-refundable.
- Rescheduling may be offered at Liquid Ride's discretion, subject to availability.
No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled rental and have not contacted Liquid Ride in advance will be considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable, and the full rental fee will be forfeited.
Late Arrivals
- Your rental time begins at your scheduled reservation time, not upon arrival. Late arrivals do not extend the rental period.
- If you have not arrived within 30 minutes of your scheduled start time and have not contacted us, Liquid Ride reserves the right to release the watercraft to another customer. No refund will be issued.
Weather Policy
- Your safety is our highest priority.
- Rentals operate in light rain and normal weather conditions.
- If Liquid Ride determines that weather or water conditions are unsafe (including high winds, lightning, wildfire smoke, or other hazardous conditions), you may choose to:
- Reschedule your rental at no charge, or Receive a full refund.
- The decision to cancel due to weather is made solely by Liquid Ride based on local conditions and safety considerations.
Early Returns
- No refunds or credits will be provided for rentals returned early for personal reasons.
Mechanical Issues
If a mechanical issue occurs during your rental that is not the result of misuse or damage, Liquid Ride will make every reasonable effort to repair or replace the watercraft. If a replacement is unavailable, a prorated refund may be provided for the unused portion of your rental.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
